Ok.. here’s my first Uber-Geeky post. First off, I gotta say that I am VERY impressed with Wordpress, I’ve used a few Content Management systems, even took a shot at writing my own once… but it still lies in the ALPHA stage.. but maybe someday when I get some time.

Anyways, if you are into web-geekdom and all it entails, you have to try Wordpress. I just downloaded/installed it in about 20 minutes, then I downloaded 2 themes… was a little disapointed the first one didn’t work, but not Wordpress’s fault… changed the theme. Then I set up a Del.icio.us account, added the plug-in. Downloaded the Coppermine plug-in, integrated that… All in about… uh.. I lost track of time, but it couldn’t have taken me more than 2 hours.

I have just entered a new level in computer-geekyness… I now have a blog.
